2. Training Liability Waiver

Owner Responsibility

Failure to disclose behavioral issues may lead to removal from programs without a refund.

No Guarantee of Results

Veterinary Care

Owners confirm their dog is:

  • Up to date on vaccinations
  • Free from contagious illnesses
  • Physically able to participate in training

Release of Liability

By participating, you release Wild Child Dog Training, its trainers, staff, and affiliates from liability for injury, damage, or loss from training activities.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services offered by Wild Child Dog Training.

Deposits

Some programs may require a deposit to reserve a spot. Deposits may be:

  • Non-refundable
  • Applied toward the total cost of training

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in a forfeited session.

Board & Train Programs

These programs require advanced scheduling. If canceled:

  • Deposits may be forfeited
  • Rescheduling may be offered based on availability

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed once services have begun. However, we aim to find reasonable solutions.

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
